Sales Manager Fristads

If you are deeply engaged in Sales and have strong desire for developing wholesalers and Partners of Fristads into winners, this is the right position for you the coming years within the workwear market in Norway.

Your task is to grow Fristads market Share in Norway through development of our Dealer network. We strongly believe that we will achieve this together with the Partners by working towards end customer/end users. Good understanding and relevant experience of sales and closing contracts with end customers is of great importance.

 

Work content

  • Management and development of existing End customers and Partners
  • Evaluate potential new Dealers and Wholesalers
  • Responsible for budget and follow up for the Norwegian Market
  • Set up of Account plans for each customer for the coming years
  • End customer visits as natural way of working, by yourself and together with our Partners and wholesalers
  • Presentation and sell in of news 2 times a year (spring & Fall) to our Partner network

Background and industry experience

  • Experience from end customer sales
  • Experience from sales through Wholesalers and Partners
  • PPE and/or Workwear
  • Lease and laundry
  • Preferably Post High School Education
  • Driver’s License and good knowledge of the “Office Package” (Outlook, Excel, Word & Power Point)
  • Experience from leadership is preferred but not required

Personal qualities and Characteristics

  • Strong drive for results and entrepreneurial approach
  • Structured way of working in achieving milestones and goals
  • Senior commercial approach with strong negotiating skills
  • Rational, but positive attitude for challenges and big tasks
  • Flexible and easy to adapt to changes
  • Languages: Business English and “Scandinavian languages”

 

Fristads offers a very interesting and exiting position where the right person is going to play a very important role in Fristads. We will provide you with tools and relevant training to secure that you have the right prerequisites to reach our goals. Preferably You live in Oslo area.

Our compensation- and car policy are competitive and will be negotiated individually.
