Job description
As an inhouse Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with external customers and to maintain an open communication with managers and team members. 

 

  • Responsible for company wide sales activities and performance goals
  • The day to day job includes managing the full sales cycle from creating opportunities to delivering quotations
  • Processing purchase orders and communicating order delivery status to customers
  • Provide consistent support and maintenance of all internal systems as well as of external customer purchase portals
  • Provide support to remote (worldwide) Regional Sales Managers and channel partners through maintaining data accuracy with regard to sales activity
  • Proactively following up on open opportunities to support sales conversions
  • Actively participate in company-wide process-improvement efforts related but not limited to sales
  • Track sales performance to plan and provides weekly, monthly, quarterly, special reports as required, and maintain up to date sales forecasts
  • Be prepared for occasional business travel in and outside Sweden
  • Report to the General Manager, with a dotted line to Business Development Manager

 

Qualifications
The ideal candidate is someone who has experience in highly complex technical sales of processors and software, sales administration and likes to support and manage customers. Is well organized and able to prioritise a dynamic workload. Is a great communicator and is able to work independently as well as in a team. Has deep understanding of technology, preferably with a BSc or MSc in engineering. Experience with Salesorce.com is a plus. Has excellent written and spoken English skills, preferably Swedish as well.
