Risken \u00e4r stor att man f\u00f6rlorar en bra specialist och f\u00e5r en mindre bra chef\/ledare. Det blir allt vanligare att man nu ist\u00e4llet ger medarbetare m\u00f6jligheten att v\u00e4xa som specialist och kan g\u00e5 fr\u00e5n en s\u00e4ljroll till en KAM\u00a0roll\u00a0eller kunna bli seniorkonsult ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r chef\/ledare. Det \u00e4r helt andra egenskaper som kr\u00e4vs som ledare \u00e4n som specialist.
