T\u00e4nk p\u00e5 att det \u00e4r stor skillnad att till exempel s\u00e4lja mobilabonnemang till privatpersoner j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med att s\u00e4lja komplexa och&nbsp;skr\u00e4ddarsydda teknikl\u00f6sningar mot tillverkande industri.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong><strong><strong><strong>Stort urval<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00e4nk stort urval. Om ni har tid och m\u00f6jlighet, \u00e4r ett av v\u00e5ra viktigaste tips att f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka intervjua s\u00e5 m\u00e5nga kandidater som m\u00f6jligt f\u00f6r tj\u00e4nsten som ni ska tills\u00e4tta. F\u00f6r ju st\u00f6rre kandidaturval ni har att j\u00e4mf\u00f6ra med desto l\u00e4ttare kommer det vara att hitta den r\u00e4tta kandidaten. Hur \u00e4r n\u00e4rmsta chef eller kollegor? Har ni tydliga ledningsrutiner? Vilka \u00e4r era grundl\u00e4ggande v\u00e4rden? F\u00f6r att kunna hitta r\u00e4tt kandidat till tj\u00e4nsten b\u00f6r ni t\u00e4nka p\u00e5 dessa delar, d\u00e5 det \u00e4r viktigt f\u00f6r s\u00e5v\u00e4l den nyanst\u00e4llda som kollegor&nbsp;att de trivs med varandra och att alla har samma bild av f\u00f6retaget. Gl\u00f6m inte att det vinnande laget skapas genom bra personkemi och att kollegorna kompletterar varandra p\u00e5 ett bra s\u00e4tt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Transparens och \u00e4rlighet<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6rutom en tydlig f\u00f6retagskultur b\u00f6r ni \u00e4ven l\u00e4gga stor vikt p\u00e5 hur ni presenterar ert f\u00f6retag och tj\u00e4nsten som ska tills\u00e4ttas. Det&nbsp;kan ibland&nbsp; vara l\u00e4tt att m\u00f6rka relevant information eller m\u00e5la upp en f\u00f6rsk\u00f6nad bild av f\u00f6retaget, l\u00e4gg d\u00e4rf\u00f6r tid p\u00e5 att prata igenom p\u00e5 vilket s\u00e4tt ert f\u00f6retag ska presenteras redan innan rekryteringsprocessen drar ig\u00e5ng. Genom att vara \u00e4rlig, transparent och medveten \u00f6kar chansen till en lyckad rekrytering.
