Your role
As the Country Manager you are expected to continue our company’s roadmap and steer the development towards our common goals. Your report to our Group CEO. We have great potential and large aspirations to grow within the company and the corporation, and that is why we are looking for the person who wants to:  

  • Lead and develop our company
  • Take on a market-oriented role by selling and promoting our company´s products and services
  • Have the financial responsibility for our company´s production
  • Secure our quality and customer relations before, after and during our projects

Your profile
As our Country Manager it is important that you are a team player and ability to engage and motivate your colleagues. You have a strategic understanding for complex technical sales and dedicated to doing business. You have good communicative skills, have a strong driving force, as well as you are ambitious and prestige less. You have the ability to communicate visions and goals to the company and corporation. You are structured and can plan and organize your work. You are comfortable in your role, and have self-perception and integrity. Qualities we believe are important in your communication with our customers and in collaboration with your colleagues and board members are:

  • Experience from leading roles with documented results
  • Several years of experience from leading a sale team
  • Knowledge of complex sales for systems and services
  • Management skills that´s built on internal and external relationships
  • Beneficial if you are experienced in our field

You are expected to travel and be present at our Gothenburg and Västerås location, which we estimate to be 5-6 overnight stays per month.
