Product Marketing Manager

We are in an expansive phase and therefore seek a Product Marketing Manager to our Product Marketing team with focus on our entrance systems (Automated access solutions). We offer an exciting opportunity where you can further develop your skills in an international environment. Possible locations are Gothenburg, Malmö, Stockholm, Oslo or Drammen. 

As a Product Marketing Manager your workday will challenge you commercially and technically, and you will work closely together with sales and marketing on a strategic and technical level.

 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all products within entrance systems in Scandinavia and Baltics
  • Pursue and maintain the products to meet market demands
  • Develop and execute a growth strategy on the market
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, support & management
  • Develop product plans and strategies for market launch
  • Improve profitability by streamlining processes to optimizing costs
  • Create and deploy training materials/programs for the organization
  • Ensure compliance with local norms and standards
  • Responsible for closing gaps in the different geographical markets
  • Represent and support the local voice of the market and customers
  • Travel is part of the service, primarily in Scandinavia

Background and skills

  • Documented experience within product management or sales & marketing together with close cooperation with product development
  • Previously worked with product market analysis and strategies
  • Good technical competence from post-secondary education or equivalent experience 
  • Experience of international business
  • Preferably experience from automatic solutions 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Speaking at least one of our Nordic languages
  • Driving license is a requirement
